Air-Gapped Deployment
Run MetriCal on devices that never touch the internet. Credits are purchased in advance at your rate and allocated to offline licenses generated on your own devices. Or, work fully untethered with periodic check-ins to extend license validity. Requires Enterprise SLA.

Binary Escrow
We deposit a standalone, licensable copy of MetriCal with a mutually agreed escrow agent within 60 days of signing and refresh it within 30 days of every major release. If Tangram ever ceases operations, the escrow releases with a perpetual license to keep calibrating.

Enterprise and Premium SLAs

There is no tier-1 queue. Enterprise SLA customers get a dedicated Slack Connect channel into the team that writes MetriCal, with contractual targets behind it: P1 response within 1 business day and resolution within 2. Premium tightens that to a 12-hour response with 24/7 coverage and a dedicated TAM. Full targets are on the pricing page.
Air-gapped Deployment
Your data on your terms.
Air-gapped MetriCal is not a stripped-down build. MetriCal generates a license per device; a periodic check-In extends validity and reconciles usage. Calibration data and results stay on your systems, and the contract says so: air-gapped calibration data is expressly carved out of every data-use clause, including algorithm training.

Binary escrow

Rates locked for your term
Per-Credit rates are fixed for the committed period. Rate card changes require 60 days' written notice and touch only new orders and renewals.
Program-level credit sharing
Authorized subcontractors on a named program or contract vehicle operate under your order; no separate paper per vendor.
Credits that don't evaporate
Unused Credits carry forward through every year of your order term, with a 90-day grace period after it ends.
